Taste of Macau
SJM Resorts is dedicated to supporting Macau's vibrant local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Our new "Taste of Macau" series featuring Hong Kong artists Lai Lok Yi and Joey Thye will introduce specialties from eight local SMEs and SJM restaurants. Brought to you with the aid of the Cultural Affairs Bureau, Macao Government Tourism Office and Macao City of Gastronomy as supporting units, these videos will entice visitors to explore and savour the city's many flavours. Through these partnerships, SJM will progress hand-in-hand with local businesses to grow along with Macau's Community Tourism, strengthening the city's integrated development of "tourism + gastronomy" and enhancing its status as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
Starting from 8 December 2023, you can explore Macau's vibrant and diverse gastronomy through the "Taste of Macau" TV series. Discover authentic specialties of local SMEs with deep cultural roots in the city and exquisite delicacies from restaurants at SJM Resorts that have earned international awards and recognition. Join SJM for a delicious journey and explore some of the many reasons Macau is a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
