This November, SJM Resorts invites diners to embark on a gala gastronomic journey of French cuisine at the second MICHELIN Star Table 2024. For two days only, master chefs from two restaurants honoured with three MICHELIN Stars will collaborate on a glorious feast of flavour. Join Chef Julien Tongourian from Robuchon au Dôme and Chef Jérôme Banctel from Le Gabriel in Paris and experience the pinnacle of French cuisine.
As the MICHELIN Guide's official partner in Hong Kong and Macau, SJM is proud to present exceptional collaborations between acclaimed local and international chefs, offering extraordinary culinary odysseys for food-lovers everywhere. For this event, the two legendary chefs will prepare an exclusive six-course dinner menu of French specialities, featuring menus that uphold their esteemed culinary legacies while exploring the sensations and flavours of Asia.

About the Chefs
Julien Tongourian
Since 1996, Chef Julien has dedicated himself to mastering contemporary French cuisine. As the executive chef of Robuchon au Dôme, he has infused the restaurant with his distinctive style and flair while preserving the legacy established by legendary Chef Joël Robuchon. As true testament to his skills and leadership, the restaurant has maintained an unbroken, 16-year record of three MICHELIN Stars.
Jérôme Banctel
As the executive chef of three MICHELIN Star restaurant Le Gabriel in Paris, Chef Jérôme reinterprets classic French gastronomy with a rich and multifaceted culinary perspective. Continually exploring both the roots of French tradition and the audacity of international influences, he finds new inspiration for his dishes in his travels around the globe.
