In Yunnan, summer is the harvest season for wild mushrooms, which flourish in the high altitude of its mountains. Prized for their delicious taste and rich nutrients, these culinary treasures are only available for a few months each year. SJM's chefs have traversed the rough highlands of Yunnan to source the freshest matsutake, porcini, chanterelle, sarcodon and other wild mushrooms, bringing them back to Macau to transform into an array of culinary delights.
