SJM Resorts is honoured to have the culinary excellence of our restaurants recognised with "2024 The Global Selection of Restaurants" awards in the Trip.Best Gourmet Awards 2024. The five award-winning restaurants at Grand Lisboa Macau and Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau stand testament to our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional and memorable fine dining in Macau.
At Grand Lisboa Macau, Robuchon au Dôme received its second Black Diamond award, the list's premiere honour, while The 8 earned its fourth consecutive Platinum award. At Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau, Palace Garden was honoured with a Diamond award for the second year in a row, while Don Alfonso 1890 debuted on the list with a Diamond award, and Mesa by José Avillez won its first Platinum award.
SJM is honoured to be included on this prestigious list, and will continue to pursue excellence in dining as part of our mission to elevate Macau's reputation as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy and support the promotion of "tourism + gastronomy" as Macau establishes itself as a world centre of tourism and leisure.
Robuchon au Dôme
Honoured with a coveted Black Diamond award for a second year, Robuchon au Dôme is famous for its top-tier French cuisine, expertly curated by Executive Chef Julien Tongourian.
The 8
The 8 is renowned for its excellent cuisine. Under the auspices of Executive Chef Albert Au, Macau's homegrown Chinese restaurant received its fourth consecutive Platinum award.
Palace Garden
Under the guidance of Head Chef Ken Chong, Palace Garden's truly opulent destination dining and exceptional authentic Cantonese cuisine earned the restaurant its second Diamond award.
Don Alfonso 1890
Led by Head Chef Federico Pucci, Don Alfonso 1890 received its first Diamond award for serving the authentic flavours of Southern Italy with a farm-to-table philosophy.
Mesa by José Avillez
Helmed by the eponymous renowned chef, Mesa by José Avillez received its first Platinum award for contemporary Portuguese cuisine that manifests tradition, quality and authenticity.
