SJM Resorts invites you to savour an extraordinary gastronomic experience that unites Japanese and French flair in "Chefs' Table: A Symphony of Senses". Zuicho Head Chef Yoshinori Kinomoto and Takuto Murota, head chef and owner of Michelin One-Star LATURE, will demonstrate their culinary artistry in a four-hand collaboration that celebrates the diversity of Japan's seasonal ingredients, highlighting the fresh and intricate flavours of Autumn. Blending contemporary French techniques and refined Japanese "kappo" cuisine that emphasises the connection between diner and chef, these two masters will guide you on a tantalising journey through the refined art of East and West gastronomy.

Chef Yoshinori Kinomoto
Zuicho Head Chef Yoshinori Kinomoto has continuously honed his sense of seasonality and culinary diversity in Japanese cuisine over more than 28 years. Calling upon his meticulous skill and expertise with seafood, kaiseki and Edomae sushi, he creates exquisite kappo cuisine with a personal and holistic experience for each diner, showcasing the immersive and interactive nature of traditional kappo culture.
Chef Takuto Murota
As head chef and owner of MICHELIN One-Star and Green Star restaurant LATURE, Chef Takuto Murota adheres to the philosophy of coexistence and harmony with nature. Using time-honoured French culinary techniques, he shows his respect and gratitude to the planet's rich bounty by making use of every part of his ingredients in his quest to provide the finest hospitality.
